Case Analysis & Action Plan — $1,800–$3,000
A deep-dive analysis of your situation, including transcript review, financial statement evaluation (Form 433), and custom strategy development. Includes communication with the IRS and a written summary of findings and recommendations.
IRS Notice Response / Correspondence Review — $200–$500
For clients who have received a letter or notice from the IRS or state tax authority.
We review the notice, identify the issue, and provide written guidance or response preparation to resolve it efficiently. Includes correspondence for most common issues such as missing forms, CP2000 underreporting notices, or math error adjustments.
Audit Representation — $250–$350/hr (or flat fee starting at $3,000)
Full-service representation before the IRS or state agency. Includes handling of all correspondence, document requests, and meetings on your behalf. We prepare a defense strategy, manage communications, and advocate for the best possible outcome. Simpler correspondence audits may be quoted as fixed-fee projects.
Penalty Abatement Requests — $500-$1,500
For clients facing late filing, late payment, or accuracy-related penalties. We prepare and submit reasonable cause or first-time abatement requests, supported by proper documentation and IRS guidance to maximize approval success.
Lien Resolution (Subordination, Withdrawal, or Discharge) — $1,000–$2,500
Professional representation to negotiate release, subordination, or modification of tax liens impacting credit or property sales.
Wage or Bank Levy Release (Emergency Response) — $1,500–$3,000
Urgent representation to stop enforced collection activity, including levies or garnishments.

Preparation and filing of Form 9465 and supporting documents to establish monthly payment plans with the IRS. Includes financial analysis and direct communication with IRS representatives to ensure approval and setup confirmation. Ideal for taxpayers unable to pay their full balance immediately.
Offer in Compromise (OIC) Evaluation & Filing — $4,000-$8,500
Comprehensive service to determine eligibility and, if qualified, prepare and submit an Offer in Compromise to settle tax debt for less than the full amount owed. Includes full financial analysis, transcript review, and negotiation through final resolution. Pricing varies by case complexity and required representation level.
Currently Not Collectible (CNC) Status Requests — $750–$1500
For taxpayers experiencing financial hardship who cannot pay at this time. We prepare financial disclosures, communicate with the IRS, and help suspend collection activity temporarily.
Case File Retrieval (Transcripts, Account Review) - $50–$100
IRS Transcript Monitoring (Annual) — $350–$700/year
Proactive monitoring of IRS transcript activity to detect potential issues, audit triggers, or changes before they escalate. Includes quarterly checks and annual summary reports.
Post-Resolution Compliance Check-In — $250–$400/year
For former resolution clients. Includes transcript review, estimated tax check, and preventative recommendations to maintain compliance.
