Fee is credited toward your engagement if you retain our services.

Case Analysis & Client Response — $150–$300
Initial analysis of your situation and options, including transcript review, financial statement evaluation and custom strategy development addressing path to resolution for complex scenarios such as lien resolution and wage or bank levy release. Includes communication with the IRS and a written summary of findings and recommendations.

Audit Representation — $250–$350/hr (typically +$3,000)
Full-service representation before the IRS or state agency. Includes handling of all correspondence, document requests, and meetings on your behalf. We prepare a defense strategy, manage communications, and advocate for the best possible outcome. Simpler correspondence audits may be quoted as fixed-fee projects.

Notice Response - Penalty Abatement Requests — $75
For clients facing late filing, late payment, or accuracy-related penalties. We prepare and submit reasonable cause or first-time abatement requests, supported by proper documentation and IRS guidance to maximize approval success.

Installment Agreement / Payment Plan Setup — $250
Preparation and filing of Form 9465 and supporting documents to establish monthly payment plans with the IRS. Includes financial analysis and direct communication with IRS representatives to ensure approval and setup confirmation. Ideal for taxpayers unable to pay their full balance immediately.

Offer in Compromise (OIC) Evaluation & Filing — $2,500 -$5,000
Comprehensive service to determine eligibility and, if qualified, prepare and submit an Offer in Compromise via form 433 to settle tax debt for less than the full amount owed. Includes full financial analysis, transcript review, and negotiation through final resolution. Pricing varies by case complexity and required representation level.

Trust Fund Recovery Penalty Representation — starting at $2,500
Specialized defense for business owners and responsible parties facing trust fund recovery penalties. Includes documentation gathering, interview preparation, and strategic IRS negotiation.

Case File Retrieval (Transcripts, Account Review) - $50–$100
